Why does Martin Scorsese hate Marvel movies?

So, it turns out that Martin Scorsese, the granddaddy of gritty cinema, isn't exactly a member of the Marvel fan club. Hilariously enough, the reason is as black and white as his love for film noir! Marty, as I affectionately call him, thinks Marvel movies are more like theme parks than cinema. He believes they lack the emotional depth and creative risk-taking that characterize true cinematic art. So, if you're looking for Scorsese at the movies, don't check the superhero section, he's probably somewhere between "Godfather" and "Gone with the Wind"!
